Carl Yankowski
Mr. Yankowski is currently Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Majesco, a leading distributor and publisher of interactive entertainment products. Mr. Yankowski was previously Chairman of the Board at CRF Health Inc., and has an impressive resume including CEO of Palm Inc., CEO of Reebok Unlimited, and was President and COO for Sony Electronics, Inc. Yankowski was group Vice President for Polaroid's Asia Pacific region, based in Hong Kong and has held various other marketing and management positions Proctor and Gamble, Memorex, Pepsi-Cola and General Electric. Mr. Yankowski is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with simultaneous degrees in Management and Electrical Engineering

Douglas Norton
Mr. Norton is currently President and founder of AccessPlus Communications, a leading telecommunications consulting firm with clients including major universities and corporations in the New England region. Prior to AccessPlus, Mr. Norton was co-founder and COO for Equal Access Networks, LLC, leading the company from conceptual phase to fully functioning wire-line and carrier-class wireless CLEC serving rural regions in the northeast. Prior, he was CTO for New England Digital Distribution, service clients such as EMC, Data General, and US Trust Bank. Mr. Norton was VP of Engineering at Henshcel, a shipboard communications company with clients such as the US Navy, and previously spent 12 years with GTE's Spacenet International Division. Mr. Norton attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and his MBA.

Stephen Williamson
Mr. Williamson is currently CTO and founder of AccessPlus Communications, a leading telecommunications consulting firm with clients including major universities and corporations in the New England region. Prior to AccessPlus, Mr. Williamson was a private consultant to the CLEC industry, and prior to that was Manager of Systems Engineering at GTE's Spacenet International Division. Before GTE, Mr. Williamson was a Senior Project Engineer with Cable and Wireless, London, England, responsible for various telecommunications project implementations throughout the world. Mr. Williamson began his career at British Telecom in the UK. Mr. Williamson attended Lancaster and Morecombe College of Further Education (UK) where he received a Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering & Telecommunications.

Rick Smith
Mr. Smith is founder and CEO of Mainframe Communications, Inc. Mainframe provides nationwide sales, service, integration and installation consulting to Fortune 2000 enterprise accounts with multiple branch locations throughout the world. Mr. Smith plans, develops, and establishes policies of business organization in accordance with broad directives and company charter. Rick is also a principal of the Layer 7 Technology Group, Inc., a provider of carrier-based telecom solutions, partnering with over thirty leading service providers throughout the nation. Mr. Smith is Operations Manager of the American Development Company of Washington, DC, and in conjunction with Layer 7, serves the federal government market and all branches of the US Military including the Air Force, the Air National Guard, the Navy's nuclear submarine division and the Marine Corps nationwide recruiting centers.

Jonathan Gaines
Mr. Gaines is a principal and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Verifeyes, Inc., an anti-spam solution company. Previously Mr. Gaines was founder and CEO of DMS Strategies, a leading interactive marketing and sales consulting firm. Prior to DMS Strategies, Mr. Gaines was Senior Vice President of Marketing for TIAC, a major regional Internet service provider located in New England, and at the time, the 8th largest ISP in the United States. Previously Mr. Gaines was Director of Marketing at Pitney Bowes Corporation. Mr. Gaines received his B.S. from New York University and his MBA from Hofstra University.

Rebecca Wetzel
Ms. Wetzel is a 20 year veteran of the data networking industry with unparalleled inside knowledge of the Internet service and product market. Ms. Wetzel served as Director of Marketing at NEARNET, an early contributor to the Internet's development, and helped shape the Internet into the commercial juggernaut of today. She was a founding employee at BBN Planet (ground zero during the Internet's formative years) and following BBN, she became Director of Internet Consulting at TeleChoice, a marketing strategy firm for the then emerging CLEC industry. Ms. Wetzel is widely published author of numerous white papers, articles and reports on Internet topics in publications such as Business Communications Review and Inter@active week, and is also co-author of the book Internet Telephony for Dummies. Ms. Wetzel currently operates her private consulting firm Wetzel Consulting, LLC and is a continually published author and expert industry marketing consultant. Ms. Wetzel is a graduate of Wellesley College, received and MBA from Babson College and an MA from the University of Bradford in West Yorkshire, England.

Steven Richardson
Steven founded Richardson & Company, P.C. in 1987 and currently serves as managing shareholder. Steven has extensive experience in all areas of taxation for individuals and businesses and in auditing and accounting companies in the retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing and distribution industries. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steven is on the board of directors of the Medway Cooperative Bank, where he serves on a number of committees. In addition, Steven serves as a corporator of the Milford Whitinsville Regional Hospital. Steven graduated from Bentley College with a degree in accounting and he is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Certified Public Accountant.

Marshall Thomas
Mr. Thomas is President of We Manage, LLC, a data integration, security and consulting firm serving New England and the Southeast with headquarters in Providence, RI and Atlanta, GA. Prior to founding We Manage, Mr. Thomas served as Chief Information Officer at North Atlantic Networks, LLC, where he built-out a multi-state, New England based CLEC implementation, a carrier-class SONET ring, and gigabit IP switching platform. Previously, Mr. Thomas was Director of Engineering at North Atlantic Networks, LLC, as Sales Engineer at Harvard Net, and a Regional Director at Pinkerton Security. Marshall also served in the U.S. Army, Counter Intelligence; Civil Air Patrol, Morals and Ethics officer; and Chaplain for the Milford, MA Police Department. Mr. Thomas received has his Masters in Internet Systems Management from Haywood University.

Donald Hayes
Mr. Hayes is currently a lead software architect at eSped.com, Inc., a software engineering company serving the educational industry. My. Hayes was formerly the Chief Technology Officer of North Atlantic Networks, Inc. (NAN) responsible for the technical implementation of the core network to include a multitude of servers with varying business-class functions. My Hayes developed several custom and proprietary software applications still in use at NAN including a quote generation tool, several web-based administration tools and a web-based order tracking system based on Lotus Domino. Mr. Hayes has formerly held positions at Digital Equipment Corporation, Omtool Ltd., Sun Microsystems and Imagery, Inc.
