About The Position
This entry level Sales position will function as the primary liaison to Outside Sales, Finance and Provisioning. Responsibilities will include:
  • To aggressively sell North Atlantic Networks products and services through effective use of telephone sales techniques.
  • Lead qualification for Outside Sales.
  • Acquisition of new leads.
  • Processing of contracts and new orders for Provisioning.
  • Processing of renewals/upgrades for existing customers.
  • Generating quotes for Partner channel.
  • Support of the Outside Sales organization.
  • Provide efficient and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of sales activity.
  • Participate in customer and or sales related churn initiative and outbound calling programs.
The company offers a base salary with commissions, excellent health benefits, CRM/Sales tools and a career path into the Enterprise telecommunications space.

Location
Position is based in Mansfield, MA. Territory: New England, metro NY.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in telephone or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Effective probing and qualifying skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • A competitive spirit.
  • Desire to move into Outside Sales.
  • Consultative approach to selling.
  • Proven ability to exceed in a commissioned based environment.
Requirements
Basic computer skills including GoldMine, Microsoft Word and Excel. A working knowledge of the Internet. 1-2 years of previous telemarketing/Inside Sales experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry is desired but not required. Local candidates only.
